Mortgage License Hub is a static comparison site. There are no accounts, no logins, and no payments taken here: every course is bought on the provider's own site. That keeps the list of what we hold about you short, and the list is below in full.

If you sign up for email updates

The form in the footer sends us your email address, the first name you typed if you typed one, which page you submitted it from, and the time you submitted it. Our hosting provider also resolves your network address to a country and a state or region and that pair is stored with the signup. Your network address itself is not stored. Those rows go into a private Google spreadsheet that only the site operator can open.

We use it to tell you when a course price or a licensing requirement changes. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to a course provider. If you want the row deleted, ask and it is deleted.

When you click through to a course provider

Clicking an outbound course link records that the click happened: which provider, which destination link, which jurisdiction and course type it was on, which listing it came from, and the time. It does not record your network address, your location, or anything that identifies you, and it does not follow you to the provider's site. It exists so we can see which comparisons people actually use.

Outbound links carry campaign parameters in the address, marking the visit as coming from this site. What the provider does once you arrive is governed by the provider's own privacy policy, not this one.

Analytics, only if you say yes

Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept it in the banner. Decline, or ignore the banner, and no analytics script runs and no analytics cookie is set. Your answer is remembered in your own browser's local storage so you are not asked again on every page, and that record never leaves your device.

If you accept, Google Analytics measures page visits and a small number of interactions such as clicking a course link. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which resets the choice and puts the banner back.

Hosting

The site is served by Netlify, which handles requests the way any web host does and applies its own operational logging to them. We do not run advertising networks, embedded trackers, social widgets, or session recording of any kind on this site.

Changes

If the site starts collecting something new, this page changes at the same time and the date at the top moves. The date is there so you can tell whether it did.
