By using Mortgage License Hub you accept what follows. It is short because the site is simple: it publishes licensing information and compares course prices, and it sells nothing.

What this information is

A summary of published licensing requirements, assembled from regulator material and the education table published by the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System, usually written NMLS. Each requirement shows when it was last checked and links to the source it was read from.

It is not legal advice, financial advice, or career advice, and it is not a substitute for what your own regulator tells you. Requirements change, and a page checked in one month can be out of date in the next. Before you spend money on a course or an application, confirm the requirement with the agency that would license you. The link to that agency is on every requirements card for exactly this reason.

Course prices and providers

Prices here are list prices recorded on the date shown, taken from the provider's own published pricing. Providers change prices, run discounts, retire packages and change what a package includes, all without telling us. The provider's own site is authoritative on what it charges and what you get.

We do not deliver courses, we do not administer any exam, and we are not party to anything you buy from a provider. Refunds, access problems, course quality and exam outcomes are between you and the provider.

Links to other sites

Outbound links go to providers and regulators we do not control. We are not responsible for what those sites contain or do. Some outbound links earn us a commission, which is disclosed in the footer of every page.

Affiliate relationships

Some links on this site earn us a commission if you enroll through them. It does not change what you pay. The affiliate disclosure sets out how any commission is handled, which providers pay, and the one way a commercial relationship is allowed to affect what you see. It is written to stay accurate whether or not a program is live, so it is worth reading rather than checking once.

Accuracy and liability

This site is provided as it is. We work at accuracy, we date every figure, and we mark a figure unconfirmed rather than guess at it, but we do not warrant that everything here is correct or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a decision you make on the basis of this site. What we will do is fix an error once we know about one.

Using our content

The writing, page design and the assembled comparison data on this site belong to its operator. Quote a passage with a link back and that is fine. Republishing pages or scraping the comparison data wholesale is not.

Changes

These terms can change, and the date at the top moves when they do. Continuing to use the site after that is acceptance of the version then published.
